Catching Up: NHL


Way behind on updating the blog, so figured I’d combine a bit on the first two NHL games of the season I’ve shot (I did do a preseason game for HBO, but that’s a whole other story that I have to wait on). Anyway, I’m back shooting the Devils for a fourth season around my HBO and ESPN schedules, and they are off to a good start, minus the Martin Brodeur injury.

NHL: Kings Stun Devils with 2 Late Goals

Drew Doughty's power play goal with 27.3 remaining in the third shocked the Devils last night at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
For the second game in a row, the Devils gave up a lead in the third, only this time it ended in a loss. Kings netminder and U.S. Olympian Jonathan Quick steadied the ship after a questionable goal, and the Kings rallied from a 2-1 deficit with two goals in the last 1:42 of the third to shock the reeling Devils in front of a sold-out crowd at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
